If selected as a client and you have purchased The Premium Plan Service, you can take comfort in knowing that Default Resolution Group will be successful in obtaining an offer for an alternative to foreclosure. We are so confident that we are offering to refund 100% of the money you've paid if we fail.

To qualify for the Premium Plan Service Guarantee, clients must adhere to the following:

• Borrower must be the legal homeowner.
• Certified payment must be received in full no later than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled sale date.
  
• Borrower must be able to meet any and all future mortgage repayment plans negotiated by our firm.
  
• Default Resolution Group must be in receipt of a completed confidentiality release authorization form either by mail or facsimile copy no later than fourteen (14) days prior to a scheduled sale date.
  
• Borrower must have provided an honest and accurate account regarding the circumstances.
  
• Borrower must provide requested documentation to Default Resolution Group representatives within seven (7) days.
  
• Borrower must contact Default Resolution Group representatives within 48 hours following any initiated contact request by Default Resolution Group representative.

Our guarantee does not apply where the original price of the Premium Service Plan has been reduced, or to loans that are more than 18 months past due.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Client wishing to cancel service must do so within three (3) business days from the date of purchase. A signed and dated cancellation request form can be either mailed or faxed no later than midnight of the third business day after the date of purchase. Upon receipt and verification Default Resolution Group will provide a prompt 100% refund.

Cancellation request received after the third (3rd) business day and before the seventh (7th) will be honored subject to a cancellation fee of thirty percent (30%). Cancellation request received after the sixth (6th) day following receipt of payment will not be honored.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

Any and all information collected by Default Resolution Group will be kept personal and confidential.

This information will not be sold, transferred or released to any individual, business or otherwise for any purpose other than foreclosure prevention, credit counseling, or budgeting education.
